Filtered receive outputs of the transactions currently in the mempool.
Every transaction is kept, including those with no matching outputs, so that a scan only fetches transactions it has never seen. On a busy mainnet node this holds on the order of tens of thousands of empty entries, which is a few megabytes and far cheaper than refetching the mempool each scan.
